What We Provide
GDNA and its services span every county in the State of Georgia. GDNA and its Special Agents investigate violations of the GA Controlled Substances Act and Dangerous Drug Act in reference to diversion of legitimately manufactured pharmaceuticals and how they are distributed, dispensed, or transferred by a firm registered by the State of Georgia. GDNA inspects every facility licensed by the state to handle, possess, distribute or dispense pharmaceuticals. GDNA provides education to law enforcement entities, registrants, and the general public as to the current drugs of abuse while acting as the law enforcement and regulatory division for the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy. GDNA also serves as the information resource for pharmacy and drug questions for registrants, the general public, and law enforcement.
